discipline from recognized public / private university with no third division /
Class.

Additional Requirements

most 30 years

Age: Not over 30 years as on
February 29, 2024 and maximum 32 years for the children of Heroic Freedom
Fighters.

1–2 years experience of working in rural area on Agent Banking.
·
Retail & SME Banking experience is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually
and as a part of team.

Promote specific products as directed by upper management.

Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the
effort to extend customer value.
Employment Status: Contractual Candidates will be confirmed to permanent position as per policy of the Bank.

Other Benefits
Compensation Package: Monthly consolidated salary of
Tk.16,000/- for the 1st Year, Tk.18,000/- for the 2nd Year.
