organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
and meet deadlines.

written and verbal communication in Bangla and English, with the ability to
draft professional correspondence and reports.

Proficiency
in using productivity tools and software, including MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities & Context
·
Manage
the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling appointments, organizing
meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
·
Handle
incoming communication and correspondence, screen phone calls and emails, and
draft responses on behalf of the Chairman.
·
Gather
and organize relevant information, documents, and files for the Chairman,
conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
·
Serve
as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external/ international
stakeholders/ government bodies.
·
Provide
meeting support, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up
on action items.
·
Handle
confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level
of professionalism at all times.
·
Perform
various administrative tasks, such as document drafting, proofreading, expense
management, and coordination of special projects/events.
·
Provide
Travel related services including Airport protocol
·
Other
duties as and when assigned by the Management
