Requirements
Education
4-Year Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance/Banking/Accounting
and Information Systems/Management/ Supply Chain Management/Sociology/Applied
Social Science/Economics/Computer Science and Engineering/ Mechanical
Engineering/Law from reputed public/private university with minimum three 1st
Division/Class/ Equivalent CGPA having no 3rd Division/Class/Equivalent CGPA in
any academic result.
Additional Requirements
Age at most 30 years
Not more than 30 years of age as of 16 February 2024.
Excellent ability in speaking and writing in English and
Bengali.
Capable of multi-tasking with strong presentation skills.
Excellent proficiency in computer literacy and communication.

BIFFL- owned by the Government of Bangladesh, represented by the
Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, and a leading Non-Bank Financial
Institution in Bangladesh- is looking for competent and promising talents,
dedicated to engineer the growth of the country by being a part of its dynamic
management team.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Remuneration: BDT 60,000 (Gross) plus other fringe benefits.
