Additional Requirements

·       Knowledge on regulatory framework, Credit Appraisal, Bangladesh Bank Prudential Guidelines on Card Businesses

·       In depth knowledge in Bank's Card Assessment process, Card operation process, knowledge of Credit Card policies, procedures and Card Management Software (CMS)

·       Experience of working in a target-oriented environment where required documents, time frame and co-ordination is mandatory to meet the target.

·       Excellent interpersonal, public relationship, team building and people management skills are necessary.

·       Excellent communication & interpersonal skillsSufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications.

 

Responsibilities & Context

·       Meet up yearly sales target and make plan how to achieve.

·       Lead and monitor the Direct Sales Team members to ensure business target and co-ordinate Team leaders.

·       Provide new business ideas for the Banks Credit card business.

·       Set up a committed sales team through recruiting smart, young energetic and experienced sales executives from different channels.

·       Arrange presentations for corporate clients to develop Cards sales business.

·       Give guidelines to Team Leaders and DSE’s for making an effective and potential customer profile.

·       Understand and make necessary improvements in the existing processes to develop Cards Business.

Help and organize cards business promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.)
