Additional Requirements
· 4 to 8 years of experience in retail business in banking/NBFl industry.
· Behavioral Competencies: Negotiation Skills, Customer Relationship Management.
· Functional Competencies: Business Acumen, Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context
- Accountable for driving Portfolio Based Retail Business in both Asset and Liability specially
- in Auto Loan business.
- Maintain strong relationship with the Car Vendors to collect potential customer references.
- Maintain communication with existing customers and searching for potential new customers.
- Provide responsive services by using skills for delightful customer experience.
- Accountable for collections from customers through its branch networks and keeping
- PAR and NPL at minimum level.
- Ensure daily reports are done accurately and timely manner.
