Requirements

Education : Post-graduation
degree from reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result.
o
Experience :At least 5
years
o
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Manager in any Bank with proven track record.
o
Applicant preferably
have started his/her career as MTO or Probationary Officer.
o
The candidates must have
exposure and experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business development.
o
Applicant having break
of service need not apply.
o
Strong knowledge of
Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management
and Foreign Trade Operations is required
o
Excellent communication
skills and strong interpersonal relationship
Responsibilities & Context
o
Employment Status: Permanent
in the rank up to EVP
o
Job Responsibilities: Responsible
for managing Branch portfolio and achieve business target.
o
Maintain close liaison
and coordination with all stakeholders. • Ensuring smooth functioning of daily
Banking operations of the Branch aligning with the objectives set by the
Management of the Bank.
o
Ensuring proper
compliance in every aspect of Branch operations. • Develop and execute business
plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability
and growth of the Bank.
o
Planning, directing and
managing Branch Sales Team for acquiring new businesses and achieving desired
sales targets.
o
Playing key role for
delivering financial solutions that meet customer's needs; building long
lasting relationship in local community and ensuring high-quality customer
services.
o
Ensure effective
process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in
line with regulatory requirements.
o
Leading, coaching and
managing Branch people, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets
as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations.
